    Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once a project has started and resources have been allocated.

  • If a project is canceled before development work begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and consultation costs.


✅ Digital Products / Licenses

  • For any digital tools, plugins, or software licenses purchased through us:

    • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded, activated, or used.

    • Once the license is issued or software is delivered, refunds cannot be processed.


✅ Maintenance & Support Plans

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no support services have been used.

  • If support services have already been delivered, refunds will not be issued.
