3. Payments

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional fees.

  • Third-party costs (such as hosting, domains, APIs, or licenses) are the responsibility of the client.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All code, designs, and deliverables created by Quantum Valley remain the property of the company until full payment has been received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Quantum Valley reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary approvals during the project.

  • Delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline and delivery.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Projects canceled after work has begun are non-refundable.

7. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and technical information shared during the project.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Quantum Valley will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • While we strive for secure and error-free solutions, no software is 100% free from bugs or vulnerabilities.

9. Support & Maintenance

  • Ongoing support and maintenance services are provided under separate agreements or support plans.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms

  • Quantum Valley reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
